WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
A comfortable T-shirt, shorts or leggings is great. You don’t need shoes, we recommend bare feet or grip socks. Please ensure you bring a bottle of water with you to stay hydrated.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ATTEND TO SEE RESULTS?
We strongly advocate listening to your body.
Starting out with 2 sessions a week is great. This will build a foundation while allowing your muscles to properly recover and repair. As your fitness increases, so do your sessions, 3-4 times a week.
DO YOU OFFER GUEST PASSES?
We offer one guest pass a month with the Unlimited Membership where you can share your love of Bodhi Pilates with a family member or friend.
DO I NEED TO BE FIT/HAVE DONE PILATES BEFORE?
The hardest part is turning up.
Once you’re in our hands, our instructors will work with you to maximize your potential, creating a personalised experience depending on fitness levels and abilities. We achieve this with our small class sizes.
We also offer one to one training for those looking for a more bespoke experience. You can book this through our LegitFit App.
Most of our members are complete beginners when they come to us and classes are layered in a way which is suitable for all levels. When choosing which class to go to simply choose the one which suits your schedule best!
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
You can cancel or reschedule your session via the LegitFit App.
Please be aware that we operate a 12 hour cancellation policy. We are unable to reaccredit for class cancellations made inside 12 hours.
If you cancel within 1 hour of your class starting or you are a no show you will be fined £5.
HOW DO CREDITS AND MEMBERSHIPS WORK?
Memberships are a recurring monthly payment. Your first payment will be debited from your account on the day you sign up.
Payment is taken every four weeks, and new credits are issued in the same time frame.
Credits cannot be carried over to the following month and any credits not used within the month will expire.
HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?
If a class is full please ensure you add your name to the waitlist if you would like to attend.
You will receive an email if a spot becomes available. The waitlist operates on a first come first serve basis.

ALTRINCHAM
Type in ‘The Bodhi Club Altrincham’ in Google Maps.
We are based at Redhouse Farm, Dunham Massey, Altrincham, WA14 5RL
We are the first barn as you come into the car park.
Please enter through the red side door with the wreath on it.
NORTHWICH
Type in ‘The Bodhi Club Northwich’ in Google Maps.
We are based at Unit 17, Blueworm Business court, Winnington, CW8 4UL
You will see a sign for Tata Chemicals and go past Sauna Sauna on your right, towards Winnington Hall. You will turn right past Winnington Hall and then turn right again into our car park. We are the second grey unit on the right.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
We have a 30 day cancellation policy for our memberships. Typically this will mean you will do one last payment and have use of your credits for that final month before it is cancelled.
